The Monte Ne Inn is located 3 ½ miles east of Business 71 in Rogers. From Highway 49 take Exit #83 (New Hope Road). This restaurant features one menu, which is served family style: All you can eat fried chicken, bean soup, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, cole slaw, home made rolls and apple-butter—just like grandma’s old time Sunday dinners.

Mysterious cuts of chicken

We have eaten at Monte Ne many times. In the past there has been a mysterious piece of chicken appear. Yesterday, we were given two such pieces. They looked like they were hacked from the breast. We did not have a normal breast served. Plus the breading was fried very hard. I pulled it off so I could eat the chicken. We are looking into other restaurants for fried chicken.

Fly in the sweet tea

I took my family to this restaurant on Saturday night. My son had a whole dead fly in his sweet tea. The food was bad the service was bad.I told the owner about the fly and he said well it happens. We will never be back just overpriced fried chicken
