Awesome food but..
Tho the food was top notch, I do have one complaint. For the prices you have to pay it'd be nice if they provided butterwarmers for your dipping butter. Mine was a solid mess.

Fried Catfish is Delicious!
Had the opportunity to try some fried catfish at Blu and have to say I was very impressed. Flaky crust perfectly fried, little southern spice, and the fish is quality. It's hard to find a good catfish without that muddy taste. I have eaten catfish at most of the seafood restaurants in the NWA and would put this in the top 5, even top 3 of the best catfish in the area. On top of having great quality fish...they source their catfish from locals and I can get behind that!
