Kilowatt!!!
Food is good. Those Kilowatts though..
Powerhouse Seafood & Grill has been a local hot spot in Fayetteville since they opened in their doors back in 1992. They offer an extensive menu featuring seafood, steaks, and signature cocktails like the Kilowatt. Powerhouse describes themself as a upbeat restaurant specializing in Cajun-inspired seafood with a bar, patio & frequent live music but they are much more.
The main dining room is perfect size for large groups but still offers a few cozy nooks for an intimate date night. The location was built in 1902 and the owners of Powerhouse have done a great job preserving the buildings history and display the original features proudly. With a mix of the original construction and modern restaurant the decor really helps create a great overall experience.
Powerhouse is all about good times and feature two bars, a private party room, two patios, and a stage out back for occasional live music. Yes, Powerhouse is massive! The “Oyster Bar” is featured in the main dining room with a cozy lounge area to the side. Around back is the “Boarshead Pub” that is more of a relaxed neighborhood bar setting. The back patio features the main stage where some of the best live music in Fayetteville calls home.
