Arkansas Allows Hair Salons and Barbershops to Reopen May 6

Governor Hutchinson just announces that Arkansas will allows hair salons and barbershops to reopen on May 6. The six days between the announcement and reopen time to will give the location time to gather PPE supplies and training to deal with the new COVID-19 environment we all face moving forward.
