The Jambalaya at Flying Fish in Bentonville. Yes please! Flying Fish offers a huge menu but I never get past the Jambalaya to read any of it. I always go in with the intention of trying something besides the Fish Tacos and Jambalaya but that delicious smell keeps calling me back for more. This is a nice blend of land and sea in a mildly spiced sauce served on a bed of rice. I recommend you stop by and try the Jambalaya with a tall glass of their lemonade. You wont be disappointed.
