Horrible customer service
Ordered chicken fajitas without rice and beans online to be delivered. Almost 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time the food showed up. The order was missing the tortillas. When I called the restaurant the guy who answered the phone never thought it was his responsibility to offer an apology, but only excuses. First he said he didn’t make the food, secondly he tried to blame the missing item on the delivery driver and said the delivery service was horrible to work with and lastly he said “people who don’t order rice and beans don’t want the tortillas”. I’ve seen him be less than cordial to customers while I was in the restaurant on other occasions so I guess it’s his normal demeanor to not care about customer service.
