Ordered chicken fajitas without rice and beans online to be delivered. Almost 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time the food showed up. The order was missing the tortillas. When I called the restaurant the guy who answered the phone never thought it was his responsibility to offer an apology, but only excuses. First he said he didn’t make the food, secondly he tried to blame the missing item on the delivery driver and said the delivery service was horrible to work with and lastly he said “people who don’t order rice and beans don’t want the tortillas”. I’ve seen him be less than cordial to customers while I was in the restaurant on other occasions so I guess it’s his normal demeanor to not care about customer service.

Love this restaurant!! Can’t say enough good things, great food and service. My husband and I eat there regularly. Caesar is the nicest guy, he always speaks to us when we go in.

I go to this place at least once a week. The food is amazing and it’s a fairly good price for the quality and amount.

I am a regular customer here. But today may be my last visit. I called in an order for take out according to the menu posted online. When I was given my total it seemed really high, so I looked at their menu and added it up. It came to $39.99 before taxes. Then why was the person who took my order saying it would be $53.48 before taxes? When asked, I was told the prices on the menu on the web arent updated. Causing a $13.49 difference on 3 items. And then they forgot my tortillas for my fajitas. Really going downhill.

Sorry, I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their salsa and they are just putting watered down tomato sauce on the table. Gave a 3 star because the food is good...but the salsa is not great : (
