Loma is upscale Mexican dining in Rogers, tucked off Pauline Whitaker Parkway near Pinnacle Hills. The kitchen elevates Mexican classics — fresh guacamole, chicharrón de ribeye, ceviches and aguachiles from the raw bar, and plates that run from pollo mole and carnitas to Chilean sea bass, barbacoa short rib and A5 wagyu.
