Terrible customer service
Since moving to Bentonville, I’ve ordered Pattaya on a weekly basis for two years. This week alone I’ve spent $275+ At the restaurant. Today we placed a $175 order and unfortunately we were missing one item when we got home. No biggie, this kind of thing happens, and I called to let them know. The woman who packed the order insisted that it was included. It was nowhere to be found. After a lot of heated arguing on her part, I said I would just pay for a new order and pick it up so our guest had something to eat. She offered to chat with the owner, “who wasn’t available ”. Then angrily said that she would pay for it. I took her up on it initially, but decided that the lack of customer service and angry accusations were just too much. Completely disappointing and surprised at their response. Sad that I’ll never order from here again. They were the best Thai food in Bentonville.
