Persephonē on Wheels is a Northwest Arkansas food truck serving fresh, seasonally-driven Mediterranean food — handmade gyros, crispy falafel, and a rotating lineup of surprises built around what’s in season. Named for the Greek goddess whose myth gave us the seasons, the truck brings bright, from-scratch Greek and Mediterranean cooking to Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale and the rest of NWA.
