Vetro 1925 Fayetteville is an Italian restaurant like nothing Fayetteville has ever seen. Real food, amazing ingredients, beautiful atmosphere. Everyone thinks Italian food is pasta, but it’s so much more than that. Vetro 1925 treats Fayetteville to the rich flavors of authentic Italian food. Chef Alan Dierks specializes in seafood and fine cuts of meat. He and his staff strive to preserve simple, clean flavors, using the freshest ingredients. We import our aged prosciutto, cheeses, and Sicilian olives from Italy. We also feature ingredients from local farms when available. Depending on the season, you may see a few surprises on the menu in addition to your old favorites. Located in the heart of Fayetteville and right off Fayetteville Square just a few feet from the local owned shops and downtown businesses.
