Bacon Ice cream! The Trot on Over at Tusk & Trotter in Bentonville has Bacon in it! I’m not sure how I missed out on bacon ice cream all my life but one thing is for sure, I’m never looking at boring non-bacon ice cream the same again. It’s not what you would think it would be like having massive bacon strips laying on top of a scoop of ice cream even though that would be fine with me. It’s actually bits of bacon chopped up and blended into a fine vanilla and garnished with I believe a basil or mint leaf…but who really cares about the garnish?? It’s the bacon that we all crave. Not sure if you noticed but I liked it a bunch and tell all of you to just go for it.
